prehistoric fish

i'm supposed to be editing down a letter that became way too big for its britches, but i couldn't resist sharing this tasty scientific fish:

the T-Rex is no longer the biggest, nastiest carnivore on the cretaceous block. the mighty Spinosaurus (who comes up with these names, 6-year-olds?) kicks his tyrannical tail.

but most amusing to me is this scientific "fact" of the lengthiest known dinosaur:

at 120 feet & 100 tons,
"fear factor" listed as "get out of my way."

3 little fish:

how did all these "dynos" crossed your head in the middle of editing a letter???

(true about the names, BTW, it must be a 6-year-olds committe especialized in beasts naming)

Well, there's something about dinos that brings out the inner 6-year old in even the most jaded paleontologist! Yay spiney!
